This is a SCAM. Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Remember, DO NOT divulge any such information under any circumstances.
It makes zero sense that I am awarded one million pounds over nothing. I mean, I didn’t even buy a lottery ticket! Plus I’ve never heard of a ticket/ticketless lottery before without a small investment. I admit I was initially convinced that I had in fact won the lottery! Hahaha…but you gotta agree, the situation seemed impossible. Ask yourself: Would anyone give you one million pounds for FREE?
You might be surprised by the numbers of innocent victims duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and spread the message, hopefully exposing the thieving scumbags who send them.
