I don’t have school today, so I’ve decided to do another review/recommendation. This time, it’s Advertlets.com.

Brief introduction

Advertlets.com is a new Malaysian advertising company, and is now setting sights in the Singapore blogging community as well. Well, not only in the blogging arena, but basically anyone out there wanting to monetize their websites. They basically operate as a middleman between advertisers and bloggers. It’s kinda like this:

Advertisers want to generate buzz -> Contract Advertlets.com -> ‘Point and Ripple’ effect through individual bloggers

What I like about Advertlets.com

What I like about Advertlets.com is that it provides targeted advertisements according to your geo-location, so you are guaranteed of relevant or “it’s the in thing” ads.

Malaysian bloggers are reaping the benefits of Advertlets.com to full potential, and earning good money off it. Because it is a Malaysian company, of course Malaysians get the first hands on it. However, Singaporeans need not despair. Advertlets.com is still early in its growth stage, so signing up early with them would prove a strategic move on your part. They are currently concentrating efforts on the Singaporean blogging community, so it won’t be long when Singaporeans will have their own unique, fashionable and trendy advertisements!

Another nifty tool is Advertlet’s interactive ad. You can take polls as well as leave comments. Okay, enough talk. Take a look at my dashboard!

I know my earnings are pathetic. But at least it’s a dollar, hello? Can buy Old Chang Kee’s curry puff leh! Oh cmon, it’s still in its beta stage. I assure you, once the system tailored for the Singaporean community is up, it’s gonna be bigggggg. Eh but it’s already big isn’t it? I know one brudder who’s earned $200 on it already. No prizes for the correct guess though!

What I hope to get from Advertlets.com

The reason I signed up for Advertlets.com was mainly to monetize my blog (Well, other than the need to fill up a lot of empty spaces ;) ). I believe that Advertlets.com can go far in the future. I mean, you gotta admit it’s a damn smart idea, isn’t it? Instead of getting advertisers to scout for my pathetic blog amidst GAZILLIONS of blogs worldwide, Advertlets.com has successfully managed to be the medium between that gap. Advertisers get to generate buzz, and I get to be a happy man. Simple as that.

I believe in Advertlets.com’s success, and I hope I can be part of their success too in the future. Who knows, should I get lucky, I might even be an advertiser with Advertlets.com! Hehehehe…

I’ve exceeded my word limit, but heck man! It’s news worth talking about! So hurry. Stand up for KIASUISM and register NOW. Yes, like RIGHT NOW.
