Oh my gawd, what a morning! Reached school at 8am for a presentation at 930am. Yeah my group decided to come in early to have one last rehearsal before the real thing. The rehearsal went well, and we were fairly confident that we'd do a good job.

At the start of the presentation, I made it clear to hold back questions until the end of the presentation. We had planned our time perfectly, so that we could have 7-8 minutes of Q&A rather than the recommended 5 minutes. However, this particular professor just HAD to interrupt our last speaker, and that stunned us. Okay so maybe it was part of a plan to just startle us and see how we recover. But hello, it's rude to do so when we've already specified "No Interruptions PLEASE".  Want to kancheong us, later part lah. Worse thing is, when we resumed, we could see the change in attitude. He got impatient, his body language and actions indicated that. Is this a test?

Okay so it was Q&A. And we kena fired mainly by this professor. What's a Q&A without firings anyway, right? Apparently our answers weren't good enough for them. Maybe they misunderstood the application of our technology, or maybe we didn't make it clear enough to them what our product is supposed to do.

Anyways after that, we were all stunned. Stunned because we felt helpless. And there were some questions we couldn't really answer. STUNNED. It's worse than a Skeleton King's (DOTA) stun leh. At least that one you can still exclaim "NB CCB I KENA STUNNED @%#!". But this one, you just stand there helplessly, like some bloody knn fool.

I won't say that other groups experienced the same thing too, and therefore our poor performance was justified. No, its not right to say that just to make us feel better.

School's sucky, eh? I think we'll just have to cross our fingers and hope for the best. :(
