The last time I visited Australia (Perth to be exact) was when i was wayyy small. And I could only remember feeding ONE kangaroo. That was about it. Pathetic eh?
But I'm thinking of going back there again man, you know either with family or friends. And while it's always good if you have friends or relatives who stay there and have their spare rooms for you in their apartments, sometimes you just don't have such liberties. That's when getting good hotel deal matters!
Well if you're the outdoor kind, the beach bum or surfer dude, you'd want to head for Gold Coast. Hotels in Gold Coast are like 'sambal belacan', they're hot stuffs and tickets go out fast. There they have Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild Water World…basically all kinds of worlds.
But if you're a hardcore surfer dude/dudette, then you need to stay in hotels in surfers paradise since it's located closer to the waters and that minimizes travelling distance with your surfboard 
Or are you one of those laid back people who goes on holidays to purely relax and chill, to get away from all the stress back at home? Or maybe you're planning a family getaway? Hotels in Adelaide are more of serviced apartments that are cheap and affordable. And it might be suitable for you, depending on your preference. If you're in Adelaide, you are well serviced by air from Australia’s major city centres, and journey times takes less than 3 hours to places like Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane!
And if you're the nature lover, you'd definitely want to visit Perth! Perth hotels give you the comfort and accessibility to the various places of interests such as food and wine plantations, outback adventures/fishing, forest and flowers and sea life/beaches. I wouldn't mind going there to take pictures! Wheee…
